- Entries must contain at least 50% dialect lyrics (mixed dialects or other languages are allowed). Participants must indicate the primary dialect used in the contest form.
- Songs that have been officially released on physical albums or uploaded to any digital music platforms (e.g., Apple Music, Spotify, KKBOX, QQ Music, etc.) are not eligible. If your song has been uploaded to social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) or sharing platforms (e.g., YouTube, SoundCloud), please indicate this clearly in the submission form and include the link for the organisers' consideration. The Organiser's decision is final and shall not be challenged.
- Participants may submit works that were previously sent to other songwriting competitions but were not selected and have never been officially published. Such cases must be clearly declared in the submission form for the organisers to review and determine eligibility. The Organiser's decision is final and shall not be challenged.
- Submitting a music video is optional and not a requirement for contest entry. Videos may be filmed vertically or horizontally, but must be of original creation. Entries that use someone else's video footage will not be accepted. All submitted music videos will automatically be judged under the “Music Video” category.
- Works found to be plagiarised or in violation of contest rules will be disqualified. Participants are solely responsible for any legal disputes arising from their submissions.
- If your work includes AI-generated elements, you must clearly disclose this in the contest entry form. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.
- Entries must not contain inappropriate, vulgar, obscene, hateful, defamatory, profane, or offensive content. Submissions must also not include discriminatory or harmful content targeted at any group or individual based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age, or any other protected characteristic.
